A Doctor’s high and only mission is to restore the sick back to health. A 62yrs old Mrs. S (name changed) with a known diagnosis of multiple myeloma was on chemotherapy. She had already undergone 70 – 80 chemo sittings and had very weak immunity and thus had developed severe urine infection with pus cells as high as 50-100 /HPF on urine routine test.
She was referred to us by a Uro- Gynaecologist, who was clinic’s happy patient. We had been briefed that she was not responding to allopathic medicines despite trying every possible line of treatment and her pus cells were not reducing, UTI was positive despite all the effort put by her as uro- gynaec and also oncologist who was treating her for multiple myeloma.
When Mrs. S visited us, she had taken a chemo session only a day prior and was in a state of anxiety because of weakness, low saliva formation and mouth ulcers. On asking about her UTI, she mentioned the burning was maximum during micturition and every time she would go to urinate she would get a bout of anger due to it.
Her latest urine routine done on 18th oct 2019 showed pus cells to be 50-100/ HPF and bacteria +++.
We prescribed 3 doses of cantharis 30 to her and we told her to repeat the urine routine before the next visit to the clinic.
Her brother visited the clinic with urine routine report done on 23rd October 2019, which showed pus cells dropped to 2-4/HPF. On video call the patient was relieved and said that there was no burning sensation during urination any more.
Cancer is a disease where patients generally prefer being under an allopath doctor’s supervision, however if that is complemented with homeopathy, the patient can receive relief from some of the side effects that come in the process, and also cure other symptoms much more effectively. All the available streams of medicine are for betterment of patients, so joining hands and utilising the best facets of each, helps in rapid, gentle and permanent cure of any disease.
