A 25 yrs old male did tele consultation for itching, redness of foot with skin coming out. It started almost a month back and had applied Diprobate cream with mild relief. He thought of starting medicines since the itching was not letting him work. He also had acne occasionally and hair fall since an year. On further enquiring, he mentioned he had complaint of sensation of nose block and sneezes every 3-4 days, only in the morning hours.
When asked about if he had any stress when this started, he mentioned he had to appear for CFA level 1 and since he was working as well, he couldn’t find much time to study. So, there was an anxiety for the exams. He was an ambitious person who worked as equity analyst and also invested in stock market.
His thermals were towards hot. Appetite was normal, was a non-vegetarian. He desired sweets. He perspired on the neck. Sleep was refreshing.
There was no significant past history or personal history.
After analysing and repertorising the symptoms, we prescribed Lycopodium 200. In his first follow up he showed positive response to the remedy and in 3months was cured.
