A 9yrs old girl came to meet us at Dr. Poddar’s Homeopathy Clinic in January 2020 with bleeding cracks on palms and soles. These cracks used to increase in winters. She was in habit of putting cracked fingers in mouth to wet them since they would pain when dry.
She complained of travel sickness, she had nausea while traveling in car or bus, even if its as less as 6km to 10km. She had frequent cold and cough.

She was an obedient child. She was a good athlete, a swimmer and an artist. She was a sensitive child. Her younger sister came along with her and she was quiet caring and motherly towards her.
After analysis and repertorization she was prescribed petroleum 30. In her next follow up her cracks started reducing and in couple of months was rid of them.
Along with medicine, she was told not to put the fingers in mouth but to apply moisturizer/ oil regularly on the cuts. She was not anytime responding in negative. She listens and does what is told.
